DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

We deliver all over Brazil , upon payment paid by the customer .

We deliver to Curitiba and the metropolitan area within 2 business days for purchases over R$ 200.00 reais at no cost.

We deliver to Parana within a maximum period of 10 working days.

We deliver to Brazil within 15 working days.

Said period may be extended depending on product availability, delivery region or normality of delivery services (strikes, holidays, etc.).

Deliveries will be made through the Post Office or carriers depending on the quantity of the product.



What should I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item doesn't arrive on time, let us know and we'll locate it for you.

The customer has a period of up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the order, in accordance with Article 49 of the CDC (Consumer Protection Code) to make a withdrawal, exchange or defect statement.

The return or exchange will only be accepted when there is no damage, sign of use of the product or violation of the seal/packaging, otherwise the product will be sent back to the customer in the same conditions in which it was received.

In case of withdrawal, the order value will be refunded in full with shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where a mistake is found on our part.

The return or exchange process will only start after receiving the product in perfect condition at our company. The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.

After the period of 07 (Seven) days, returns, exchanges or complaints will not be accepted.

In case of return of the object by the Post Office due to absent recipient or incorrect address, the value referring to the reshipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the garment, place the label you returned in the original packaging, and ship it to us.
